Tyco Electronics Ltd. (TEL) said it now expects third quarter earnings of $0.10 to $0.17 per share, excluding items, on revenue of $2.45 billion to $2.55 billion. The company's previous guidance was earnings of $0.01 to $0.06 per share on revenue of $2.35 billion to $2.45 billion and the current consensus earnings estimate is $0.03 per share on revenue of $2.42 billion for the quarter ending June 26, 2009.
