The next time your ac unit gives you cool air on a hot day it will probably come from one of these bus size batteries that provides a megawatt of energy. Energy Companies will find these attractive when they are adding grids or need to shut down one of their facilites.  Wind is the wave the future, no pun intended, and hopefully in your portfolio. At $1.34 per share, BCON is the one to pick.

Same situation here. BCON was given to me at a price that wasn't where I hope to purchase it at. The recommended price point is 2.02 or lower to build a position.

I am holding/building a position with a 2-year horizon – here my basic reasoning:
 
Current valuation: about $150mil. = about $2.1 per share
Next milestone: to bring the first 20MW Frequency Regulation Plant online by April 08
 
US Market (2005) for Frequency Regulation services (states with deregulated energy sector currently accessible to Beacon): $600mil. annually
Further growth likely by opening of additional US markets, and increased use of renewable energies.

    In June, I wrote how intermittent power sources such as photovoltaics and wind would have to compete with baseload technologies such as IGCC "Clean Coal" and nuclear for capacity on the grid.  The key problem is that neither baseload technologies nor intermittent technologies are able to match themselves to the fluctuations of demand.  This creates a need for technologies which can fill the varying gaps between supply from these sources, and normal energy use.
