The concept of the company is great, but the company lacks good
fundamentals. The company has shown growth, but is 12 Million in
debt, up from 4 million the prior year. This is the result of a
company that is poorly managed. The outing CEO was given a severance
package that was simply outrageous and accounts for a majority of the
12 million debt. The new CEO needs to do more than talk to fashion
magazines about "plans" for the company that are nothing more than
