There will be a lot of people who lose a lot of money on houses but it will be slow. Not sure how many people are aware -- but Geico policy holders get a sweet preferred rate on the already quite low rates at geico. I bought a single B class quite some time ago and get $65 off my 6-month premium -- the equivent of a $120 dividend. That, and the stock has also risen 21%. Gotta love Buffet. Only concerns at the moment is all the business around picking a successor. Better be a superstar.
