This has been an unbelievable roller coaster ride intraday, market seems to overestimate the probability of the lines being cut and liquidity drying up for this firm.
The good folks at Constellation have redefined the word "construction" as of today, leading to less government/watchdog oversight of their new projects, meaning less cost for projects already planned. And since Nuclear Power (which is what they do) seems to be the wave of the "clean" energy future, it looks like CEG will do alright for itself.
