With the pursuit to medical RFID records and research into glucose monitoring and influenza I D, I see positives. This could push some people over the edge. The tech has a strong foothold in the animal monitoring sector (pets, horses, etc). Now the possibility of the chip being your medical history wherever you are might compensate for those who fear its use for other purposes. On the future horizon, it would not surprise me to see individuals convicted of crimes to be implanted with locating chips. I also think it has military applications.
