There are two resistances as shown by the trend-lines in the chart below. On 2008-02-14 and 2008-02-15, prices crossed both resistances decisively.

Both lines are significant as they crossed each other at $18 recently.

Our own market psychology barometer reading was 51 and 55 respectively signaling there are more bulls than bears for this ticker.

look, they're an evil monopoly that has created the Death From Above predicted by John Perry Barlow in 1995; nevertheless, they're the least of the evils. can you believe that idiot companies like Fox Interactive Media still *replace* Comcast Business 12Mbps service with retarded T-1's that do one tenth the speeds for five times the price? eventually, someone with a brain is bound to catch on. DOCSIS 3.0 is evil and moronic, but far less evil than the thousand broken versions of DSL++.
