This isn't very valuable since you probably can't short the stock due to lack of borrow, but for the benefit of any hopeful longs that might be debating whether to cash out: This bank's risk/reward isn't that great because the risk is zero. Bad banks need to go out of business in order for the good banks to have a chance at prospering, not sure why our elected politicians don't understand this simple fact?
