I think DELL will become a major player in the tech industry over the next quarter with their rekindled popularity, high-tech business pcs and their devotion to expansion into the global markets. Their earnings report exceeded expectations and their past accounting errors have been cleared and accounted for. As long as their sales continue to meet expectations they will continue to remain a tech competitor. I like DELL up to 32.

Dell (DELL) is done in so many ways you may now stick a fork in it. On an operating point of view the entire color gambit is a bust. The entire color strategy really showed that Dell is out of good ideas. Computers leverage productivity and improve our lives on either a personal or work basis. The color on the casing is near irrelevant. Dell announces a huge marketing move to emphasize color. Essentially they announced to the world that they no longer understood their own product.

micheal is bringing sexy back

with micheal back at the helm, we have seen some dramatic changes from the boring dell of the last few years. in the last quarter we've seen a new brand (yours is here), new insprion line up, new vostro business PCs... and some crazy sexy XPS systems. In my opinion they are about to get that market share back from HP mightly fast. I wouldn't be surpised to see a few more new products before the end of the year.
