Earnings reports continue to dribble in as the quarter winds down. Much of the attention this week will be on homebuilders KB Home (NYSE: KBH) and Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) as investors look for any sign that the housing sector has bottomed (home sales numbers are also due out this week; see below). Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial anticipate that both companies will report that they narrowed their losses in the most recent quarter.

    Drugstore.com (DSCM) shares are down sharply after the company reduced its guidance for 2008.

    For Q1, the company posted sales of $120.6 million and a loss or 3 cents a share; the Street had expected $120 million and a loss of 2 cents.

    For Q2, Drugstore.com sees revenue of $118 million to $120 million and a loss of $2 million to $3 million, which would be similar to the Q1 loss of $2.7 million. The Street has been expecting $124 million and a small profit.
