long time passed since the times when the doubt was either it would rich 40$ or not.

Many thing changed but one.. Ebay is still the first pick when people want to auction something.

And now we are running to christmas time. Historically its one of the best times of the year for ebay.

i am moderately bullish on this one.

eBay (EBAY) has settled its legal dispute with the founders of Skype, clearling the way for the sale of a majority stake in the voice over IP telephony company to a group of private investors.

<>The company said that the investor group led by Silver Lake which has agreed to acquire a controlling interest in Skype has cut a deal with Joltid and Joost which gives Skype ownership of all previously licensed software from Joltid. Skype Lawsuits Finally Finished

The entangled legal battle over Skype is finally finished.

The final terms : Skype founders Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis join the investment group, getting 14% of the company in exchange for a "significant capital investment." Silver Lake, Andreessen Horowitz and other investors get 56% of the company.  eBay keeps 30%, and receives $1.9 billion in cash.
