Not complex really - just testing out the CANSLIM system. I am novice at this whole game  I realze that the M in the CANSLIM formula dicates not investiing at the moment.  But this stocks seems to be bucking the trend at the moment.  I brace myself and see what happens

All of the recent good news has created a several month head and shoulder pattern.

I don't think that this company can utilize the level of cash produced by these stock purchases.

The short exposure on this trade is considered low probability but potentially high return. It is more likely that the stock will rise a few percentage points but more money if the thing drops do to under utilization or maldistribution of new resources.

I wanted to get this review out before it is no longer the weekend :). Las week I reviewed stocks from the week of January 30, 2006 . Let's take a look at the following week and see how stocks 'picked' during the week of February 6, 2006 worked out!

A cheap stock especially after company lowered guidance in Feb. and ever since institutional money has been pouring in.   Why?  Maybe this weeks' oil prices could help future sales.  Whatever the case, institutional money (87%) is backing this stock now more than ever.

GDI quietly zoomed past its 30 moving average on double volume last Wednesday, a 100pt down day.

GDI has great fundamentals and is technically well positioned for the short and long play.
