A few weeks ago on CNBC's Fast Monday, where I battle the guys every Thursday, one of my hits was on Greenhill & Co. (ghl), a boutique investment banking/private equity firm favored by trader Guy Adami. He likes it as a near-pure play on the M&A and private equity booms, which it is, with one caveat that I couldn't (and still can't) resist pointing out: While Greenhill has done a terrific job building itself, its stock is hovering near all-time highs, which means there's little room for error....
