Recent news of lawsuits has made many Hsoa investers flee in panic. Making the stock price fall well below what it is worth short term. Long term it will probabley dip low as I see it is likely that more poor news about their current law suits against them will arise. However I can not see these news event arising after a month as they are in just the begining of court precedings but anything held after a month might catch the downfall from more poor news on those court actions.

HSOA is a great play, regardless of the weather. They've signed two $100 million dollar contracts in the past week on simple construction contracts. With the way the company is structured, they can do a great business even if this hurricane season doesn't turn out to be the monster so many are predicting.

I like HOSA for 3 reasons:
1) Insider buying, several insiders have bought share recently
2) Short Interest is quite high
3) Increased spending in their target markets
I am worried that HOSA is attempting to rollup several businesses in the same/similar industry. These takes aggressive management to manage the owners of the acquired companies and generate any cost savings from the elimination of duplicate administrative functions
