It has posted 4.24% growth in its first quarter consolidated net profit of Rs 1,302 crore as against Rs 1,249 crore in previous quarter.Net profit numbers are above markets' expectations while sales in line with estimates. I have been overall very pleased with this stock. Given the nature of the global economy, especially in developing nations, there is a large potential to cash out on companies based in emerging economies. Infosys is a great example of these types of companies. When I was in India two years ago, a gentelman suggested I look into Infosys. They primarily work in banking technology and when I bought them they were at about $35. Granted they are not currently as high as they once were, but I am still in the black and am confident in an even greater rebound.

This company has a huge potential business, currently trades at a P/E of 32 and has solid business fundamentals. It is growing at an unbelievable pace. Infosys (NasdaqGS:INFY) released the latest numbers and beat expectations when calculating in rupee's. I do not calculate in rupee's. Readers probably do not calculate in rupee's. Infosys work force may eventually stop calculating in rupee's.

...but like they say "The best time to do something is NOW !" ....I'd say Grab some INFY while it has dipped just a teeny-weeny bit.
Some months back I could've got INFY for 36...yes 36...but the cheapskate in me says "I think its gonna dip a little...how about we put a limit order of 35 and keep it square"
Well it never came to 35...and the trail it blazed went down in History.
