This stock has had a runup of 30% in the last few weeks, but most activity has revolved around the springtime bounce that this stock has (especially the last two years).  If you look at the 3-5 yr chart, you will see increased activity correlated with4 the hurricane season, both in 2005 and 2006 (even if it didn't materialize in 2006).  Note the peak right around the time of Hurricane Katrina and the greatly-increased volume.  Volume is very low in mid-March, which is the ideal time to jump in, but now is still relatively early to jump in for this coming season, which is predicted to be a b< />< />< />< />< />...
