KBR is now in a recovery phase, and is on its way back upwards. The short term on this stock looks "mildly bearish" as does the 3-day money flow. BUT KBR is showing weak signs of recovery and should be back in the go-mode within the next few months or so...if all goes well. If the prices close below $31.35 then a short/selling entry should be considered. Consider buying when the price retraces around $31.35. Consider selling/shorting when the price approaches $32.07. I'd rate this stock as a mild risk in your portfolio.

As far as U.S. stocks which earn money overseas are concerned KBR is among the strongest. With many no bid contracts in the United States and now good relations with China and Iraq there is nothing stopping this already trimmed down deal.

KBR’s sense of irony…
We’ve been meaning to write about this one for awhile now — ever since we spotted it in the 10-K that KBR (KBR) filed last month. <>As announced last month, KBR settled with both the Department of Justice and the SEC over KBR’s violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and agreed to pay $20 million. Halliburton (HAL), KBR’s former parent (before it was spun off) agreed to pay another $559 million. We’ve footnoted this whole saga several times over the years, including here and here. In a nutshell, there was this rogue agent and some other folks w>...
