As the standard of living increases in BRIC countries, demand for food will increase. The ETF for agricultural products has a great symbol—MOO. The Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF is a long-term play on more people wanting more and better food. Short term, the chart is a thing of beauty, and call options are reasonably priced.

With a rice shortage, biofuel, ETF is volatile it'd not a wise choice for a long term keeper, but good for something less than 30days at the most, but it will most likely move with the rising oil prices going on everywhere. I'd advise to buy at around $59.55, anyone holding this stock should possibly sell at around $64.08 or short with it.
In my opinion this stock will move fast so hop on while you can.

MOO is an ETF positioned to leverage the international agribusiness sector.  It mirrors the DAX Agribusiness index and gives you excellent exposure to the growing fertilizer and agriculture infrastructure industries.  Hard to imagine a better multi-decade growth industry as the emerging nations raise their standards of living and need a more diverse basekt of groceries.  I like this coupled with PIO -- an international water ETF.
