This is what I am thinking regarding MTL. Investors must be pulling out their money from this stock and the downtrend is established. There are 3 reasons as I see it why:

<> <> 1. Stock hit $140 which was the expected coal price per tonne. So, it was reached, why hold?
2. Resumption of coal output in Australia and South Africa has an adverse impact on MTL. Mechel was played by investors while market conditions favoured Russian coking coal production.

Just bought 49% of the Bulgarian company Toplofikatisa. Bulgaria just got into the EU so construction will sky rocket and take this well run intelligent russian company with it. Not to mention all the construction on going in Russia as the expanding middle class demand more then communist compound. It's rapidly growing, operating on high margins, and investing in growing markets.
