I have my sights set on picking up some shares of Micron Technology, Inc. ( MU : 10.41 0.00% , vol: 0) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited ( TSM : 10.12 0.00% , vol: 0). Both stocks are down for the year. Micron in particular has been hit quite hard.
