Latin American Digital Wireless telecom operator (competition is America Movil)...    Cell phone usage in LatAm is booming and this company has good brand in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile. 

Citigroup has a price target of $85.   

Technically, the stock is just coming out of a long Cup&Handle base -- touching $67 in May.  Now its $68 and has recently been congesting in the high end of the range -- telling me sellers are no longer active up here.

NII Holdings: I'm Now in the Bullish Camp

NII Holdings (NIHD) reported better than expected 1Q09 earnings Thursday. I have been torn on this stock for months, particularly since the company pre-announced lower than expected subscriber counts a couple of weeks ago. The quarter has pushed me to the bullish camp and I now plan to hold the shares.
