NetEase Off After Q2 Results; Credit Suisse Downgrades

NetEase (NTES) shares are down sharply today in the wake of the China-based online gaming company’s Q2 results, which were reported late yesterday.

For Q2, the company posted revenue of $127.7 million, up from $114.4 million in Q1 and 104.8 million a year ago, and ahead of the Street at $120.3 million. Earnings of 53 cents per ADS topped the Street consensus of 45 cents.
