Oracle is one of the most celebrated companies in the tech space. It has had a very flamboyant owner who also has a very stable and a great sense of business. One of my childhood friends joined this company at least ten years ago and he hasn't left it, which goes on to show that employee attrition is not a problem that this company faces.
