In looking at fundamentals, the stock has lost >17% of value in a small amount of time. I beleive the overall financial markets are bringing this down even though optionsxpress clients have been faring well by utilizing hedging strategies. The numbers are still going up when it comes to account growth and darts. While it may not be meeting expectations, I believe the P/E of <19 is discounting their potential growth.
