I love PETS.  I think this company is great.  25% return on assets, zero debt and a solid business model.  The problem here is PETS is nearing a five year high on current share price.  That price ceiling looks to be something that will hold this stock back and probably return it to the 13-15 range over the next 90 days.

Now, the raw intrinsic value on this stock is about 30 bucks a share but I am going with technical indicators on this "short" pick.

This past week, CNBC's Trish Regan took an in-depth look at the pet industry and Westminster Dog Show (which runs Feb. 7-16), which attracts millions of viewers and thousands of dogs and pet owners vying to earn the Best in Show designation. Late last year, Ladenburg Thalmann analyst Nancy Hull appeared on CNBC talking about PetMed Express (PETS) and the recession-resistant nature of the pet med business.

The "non-human companion" services industry is booming with a turnover breachng all-time records ...what with pet-owners treating their special ones to gourmet-fare, luxury-grooming, private suites and the likes.

K.I.S.S...If you don't know what it stands for, try reading a book

This is a no brainer stock.
For the past 5 years, PETS Return on Equity has been consistently over
30%, its Return on total capital has also been consistently over 30%,
and its Earnings per Share shows a STRONG UPWARD TREND!!!
