Should have closed out earlier.  having a bullish rally today will leave the call open for a little less than another month.  the technicals are all bearish and this rally is helped by Bernanke's statements.  Once investors realize that a year to wait for the recession to end is longer than they think, they'll pull out some more money and the gains we saw here today will be wiped out.  Post Properties is headed for some rough times
