(OTC Bulletin Board: PUDC) (''Puda Coal'' or the ''Company'') today announced that the 2007 guidance contained in its press release dated April 17, 2007 mistakenly overstated the projected revenues and operating income for fiscal year 2007 . The expected revenues for fiscal 2007 are approximately $160 million and the expected operating income, approximately $22 million, down from prior guidance of revenues between $210 and $220 million and operating income between $34 and $36 million for the full year 2007"
