KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) is off over 7% after cutting its dividend.

No Confidence Vote on TCM’s Management
The market is a voting machine in the short run and a weighing machine in the long run. That was how Benjamin Graham, the Father of modern security analysis, characterized it.
