The recent market turmoil has given us a wonderful opportunity to nab stocks on the cheap.

Today I wanted to give you a heads up on some of the stocks that I was watching for possible inclusion into the PeakStocks.com portfolio, specifically ones that are high on my list, and most likely to be added as formal recommendations in the weeks to come as they reach desirable price points, and present wonderful opportunities for long term investors.

I am initiating a third (3) BUY recommendation of SoundBite Communications, Inc. (SDBT), a leading provider of on-demand customer contact solutions, at or around $4.00 per share. Sometimes the market presents us with a deal, and we need to be ready to pounce.

A more thorough and detailed analysis of SoundBite Communication’s (SDBT) last quarterly and full-year 2007 report and reevaluation of the company’s financials and fundamentals, have only reinforced my original investment thesis.<!--more-->

SoundBite is the dominant player in its niche (Automated Voice Messaging/Customer Contact Solutions), growing faster than its overall market and taking market share away from competitors.

SoundBite Communications, Inc. (SDBT) is a very interesting stock. The company went public about 5 months ago in November of 2007. The IPO was planned to be priced at $12-14 a share originally, but because of an overreaction regarding a patent infringement letter, the stock went public at $8 a share instead. Since then the share price has fallen dramatically to establish a new 52 week low of $4.50 just last week.
