I hate paying for parking!

This was my first stock pick ever. I live in a large city (San Diego) and have been to many sporting events. Everytime I have to pay to park to go to work or one of these events I think, someone is making quite a bit of money by doing nothing. Parking structures are low maintenance but are always needed in downtown areas. I can see growth in parking as cities become more congested. It only takes one employee, perhaps two, to run many of these lots.

As part of the plan, the government will buy preference shares, and the Bank of England will make at least 200 billion pounds available for banks to borrow under the so-called special liquidity plan, the Treasury said in a statement today. The government will also provide a guarantee of about 250 billion pounds to help refinance debt.
