STMicroelectronics (STM) shares are trading lower today after UBS analyst Nicolas Gaudois cut his rating on the stock to Sell from Neutral, maintaining his $10.75 price target.

    Marvell: Avian Says Buy With Or Without a Takeover

    Eric last noted on January 13 the rumors of a buyout of chip maker Marvell Technology Group (MRVL) by chip giant Texas Instruments (TXN), and it seems those rumors are in circulation again today, driving up Marvell shares by 81 cents, or 5.4%, to $15.69.
