Agree with Thomas George on this one.

Strong EPS growth guidance. Growing institutional shareholder ownership.. Even if it retraces some now, this one is good for the long haul. Bonuses of senior management exceeds their salaries, motivating them to continue strengthening shareholder value ( http://online.wsj.com/quotes/executives.html?mod=2_0471&s... ) .
