Resource rich in a land of safety... and cheap too TGB

Since then has been in uptrend recently breaking out of prior resistance of $5.49. Closed at all time high $5.79 on Oct 5. Has gained 123% ytd and still a buy imo. RSI rating of 98, TTM EPS growth of 48%, ROE 58%, gross margin 53%, still a bargain trading with a P/E of 15.
