  I am employed by Tetra Tech and work in the company's government contracting business unit. Our part of the company brings in a large percentage of the company's overall revenue and even though there is a recession the amount of work has increased. Even though the country was in a recession last year, Tetra Tech had its best fiscal year ever. <o:p> </o:p>

I work for Tetra Tech ECI. The corporation has many positive aspects and work going for it. One of the largest clients is the government (Navy, Army, Air Force etc). The contracts that Tetra Tech has with these clients are for 5-10 years, so no matter how bad the economy is doing Tetra Tech has work.

The company is also involved in growing environmental work, such as wind energy and also have work in Iraq.
