T-3 Energy Services (NASDAQ: TTES ) provides essential safety equipment for oil and gas rigs. Though drilling activity has been affected by the fall in commodity prices, Chris Mayer says the stock has been massively oversold. Today it is trading at $19, down from a high of $84 last year. Given its healthy cash flow and strong international growth outlook, Chris says a move back to $60 is on the cards.

TTES designs, manufactures, and services specialty valve systems for oil service providers.  I like the fact that the valve systems are used both on and offshore. Ever look at how many valves are on a pipeline or an oil rig?  There are a lot!!!  Another amazing thing about TTES is its customer base.  Companies like Diamond Offshore, Transocean,  Nabors, and Weatherford rely on TTES to control flows of oil and natural gas through their high pressure valve systems.  If the incentive to explore and drill for oil and natural gas remains high.  TTES should gain every step of the way.
