The US dollar rally is based on two things (according to Jim Jubak)
1.everybody else is slowing down-so the US is going up relative to the falling Euro or other fiat currencies.
2.Wall Street believes that the US with "proactive" rate cuts will recover sooner than the other so the rush to buy at the "bottom".
