VIV recently turned a quarterly profit. Improving fundamentals and the appeal of a mobile phone play in Brazil may send this ADR to test $10. Brazilian equities have had quite a run up but although a pullback is likely, the upward trend for brazilian stocks is likely to continue for several months. EWZ tracks the Bovespa and is a fine way to play this uptrend. I am also taking small positions in NETC (CABLE, VOIP), VIV (a cell phone service provider) and SBS (a water utility)
