This company has great cash flow, a great product line, very profitable and is frankly in the right spot at the right time. A primary focus is antibiotic resistant strep (a growing concern in the US). The company has a P/E of 7.5 which more than qualifies it as a value stock. Recently this stock has been talked about by several small cap managers on CNBC and Bloomberg showing that it is finally starting to be noticed. Disclosure: I do not hold this stock personally but several of my client do.

Reasons to buy: 1. Baker Brothers bought 900,000 shares on Nov 8,2007 2. Camvia Phase III trials could be very promising with FDA Orphan status 3. Possible increase in demand for Vancocin even with generic due out in 2008?
