Real Networks (RNWK) this morning made two noteworthy disclosures via an 8-K filing with the SEC, neither of which is especially good news for holders.

VeriSign: J.P. Morgan Upgrades; Bullish On Naming Unit

J.P. Morgan analyst Sterling Auty this morning raised his rating on VeriSign (VRSN) to Overweight from Neutral, setting a price target of $23.

Auty notes that the stock is down 20% over the last several weeks on concerns about the antitrust suit against the company over .com and .net Web names, combined with worries about from in the number of new .com/.net registrations. But he contends the quarter is tracking to plan, and that the risk from the litigation is largely priced into the shares.

The emini (NQ) trend in the 60 minutes chart is still up according to the force index indicator. In the figure you can also see the %b indicator, which is derived from the Bollinger bands. %b has printed a negative divergence and has left the overbought level. We have to see where prices can find a short term support (1370).
I expect an up open and an up close on Tuesday.
