Regardless of WAMUQ as a company, the lawsuit is bound to make this price volatile. At 0.08 I think it's valued about right and perhaps some of the extreme risk here is already factored into the price? Etiher way, I don't see this one doing much of anything (up or down) until things are decided in court. Get in or out while you still can before the trial, but if you are in like I am @ 0.085 just remember that you are betting on exactly that, a court trial and the whims of a judge.

spent 15k @ 2.17 on WM when it went down... now have a little bit over 43000 shrs on WAMUQ @ .07 average I'm gonna sit on it and see if I can get a good profit...

So I picked WM at $1.70. That same day WM was seized and I lost 90%. What else to do?....bought 23,000 shares of WAMUQ bankrupt WAMU at an average of $.055 per share. Now we're at $.13 and I'm almost back to even, but expect to come out ahead. That my friends is the beauty of dollar cost averaging.
I've also learning an important lesson. Sometimes it is important to run into the fire. Do this a few times and you could come out rich.
