oh makes me laugh so hard 11/03/08 jp morgan upgrades wmt. at 56.50 per share after it has had an almost 10$ run up from its 47$ lows. analyst upgrade stocks and rate them with buys when the prices are at highs or near highs and downgrade them when they are at or near bottoms. They wont tell you to buy on lows so you can make money on the run ups. And they wont tell you to sell and take profits on the highs. No wonder people dont trust anything that they are being told. These are just my own opinions.
