The has-been of online advertising, Yahoo continues to be a follower of Google rather than an innovator and disruptor. Internal culture reflects the Google-centric focus rather than customer centric nature they need. Lots of great assets (Flickr, Delicious, Pipes, etc) they have the tools to make a huge impact. But the search ad tool v2 is a major disappointment. Advertisers have seen minor improvements.
