This was my first stock pick ever. I live in a large city (San Diego) and have been to many sporting events. Everytime I have to pay to park to go to work or one of these events I think, someone is making quite a bit of money by doing nothing.

Parking structures are low maintenance but are always needed in downtown areas. I can see growth in parking as cities become more congested.

It only takes one employee, perhaps two, to run many of these lots.
