Notice that RTK's current Price to Sales per share ratio is 1.79x, which is quite a bit below what we consider a normal Price to Sales ratio. Given normal conditions and a price of $2.16, RTK is 84% below where we would expect to see it. Working backwards, I guess that means the stock should be trading at $13.50 in their eyes???
