I have to agree with you on this rating; for now. It will be interesting to see how the Apple Application Store on iTunes will drive sales of the iPhone and iTouch. All bets are off once the iPhone is sold by more carriers.

I have to agree. With a book value of $36 per share, the stock will rebound over time. Tier 1 capital is strong and the right decisions are being made in terms of controling and reducing expenses.

They need to develop and release the next killer app. The IPOD and IPHONE euphoria is going to wear off and they will need to have something else to keep everyones interest. My other concern is that Apple gear is pricey and in a soft economy, that can impact revenues.
