The "smarter" banks will increase loan loss provisions while the sector is down. Why? Loan loss provisions are generally a guess, perhaps an educated guess in many instances, but hardly perfection. Apparently the 1Billion dollar loan with lead underwriter GE has begun to allay fears about RAD's continued existence. The Stock is making a nice move this morning.
