Maybe. I am not saying that it will not go higher eventually, but I am saying that it will not go higher today. Notice that I only said not to buy in at the current 1.00 ask. Wait for a lower price if you are sure it will go higher, but risk within reason. Sound advice is my only intent, wether you take it or not is your own choice.

They are a basket case who has weathered the storm with some of the biggest boys in banking thus far. They have alot working against them, but they aslo have the federal government vested in them at a 30% stake.
